As I drive across the southwestern states (paying $3.19/gal), I ran across the announcement (here) that Wal-Mart is currently considering an offer to provide E85 Ethanol-based fuel in over 1300 of its filling stations across the nation. Perhaps this will be the beginning of the end for the oil cartel.
